The services we offer

In addition to registering a person’s initial wish to self-exclude we can add premises to an existing self-exclusion, we can renew a self-exclusion when it has been in place for a year and we can record any notifications of a wish to return to gambling after the year of self-exclusion has expired.

These are things we do with you through a telephone call

We also record any report from you of a breach to your self-exclusion, and share this information with the relevant operator. Breaches can be reported here.

The lines can get busy given the way in which we try to deal with the different needs of each caller. Our telephone system gives you the option of leaving a message with your name and contact telephone number. The team will then call you back. Depending on their nature calls may take up to 30 minutes. We know calls to self-exclude are private and possible sensitive in nature. This is always reflected in the care with which any call back will be made. Alternatively use the below link to request a call back at a time that suits you.

Please note the booking system will not allow you to make more than one booking. The option of making another booking will only be there after the first booking and conversation has passed.
